Matt was born in Auckland and grew up swimming and fishing on the beaches of the East Coast Bays. After finishing his studies and getting some experience in the design industry, he moved to the bigger and better beaches of the Bay of Plenty.

Matt loves designing and creating all sorts of media, but has a real passion for all things digital and interactive He is always keen to push the boundaries, but is firmly committed to usability and will always consider the user before allowing anything to slip into production.

Matt is a senior web developer who is skilled in design, coding, animation and sometimes even systems administration (under duress). Having led the web development of major Cucumber projects in the last 5 years including ABN AMRO Craigs, Fisher & Paykel, Panasonic, Comvita, etc.

Qualifications include a B.Des and diplomas in Multimedia design and 3D animation.

Matt loves work so much he never takes a break! In the last few years he has also become a part-time farmer as well as serious health fanatic.

When he does manage to drag himself away from the machine, he enjoys fishing working on his boat to get it ready to go fishing and spending time with his wife and two sons.
